How it Works:

Apply for a work/trade scholarship and select your preferred volunteer team–we'll do our best to honor your choice?

Volunteer shifts are about 4 hours per day.

If we need support in another area, we'll reach out to see if you're interested.

You'll receive updates in April.

You will need to be available to arrive by noon June 10th.

Please arrive at your assigned volunteer position 10 minutes before your shift to check in.

Temple & Tech Setup
As part of the Temple & Tech Team, you'll help create the supportive, organized and welcoming environment that makes Divine Rebellion Mini Fest truly special. You're the steady hands and caring energy that hold our sacred container, ensuring everything flows smoothly for everyone,

Your role includes:
-
Arriving early to help set up the venue
-
Preparing, cleaning, and clearing spaces–caring for both the energy and the physical environment.

Setting up group rooms for workshops (think mattresses, pillows, musician and sound setups)
-
Spreading your service time throughout each day, mostly during breaks
​
If you love creating order, supporting community, and being the quiet force that helps everything shine–this is your place!

Sacred Space Design
Are you passionate about creating atmosphere and infusing spaces with meaning? Join the Decor & Altar Team and help transform Divine Rebellion into a vibrant, welcoming, and sacred environment. Your creativity, and attention to detail will set the tone for the entire festival, helping participants feel held, inspired, and at home.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with the team to design and set up altars and decorative elements throughout the venue
-
Arrange flowers, fabrics, lights, and meaningful objects to create spaces for reflection, celebration, and connection
-
Refresh and maintain decor and altars throughout the festival, ensuring each space remains inviting and intentional
-
Support the energy of the event by helping to hold the container with beauty, care, and reverence

Registration &
Customer Service
Be the warm welcome that sets the tone for our festival! As part of the Registration & Welcome Team, you'll greet attendees, help them get settled, and make sure they have all the information they need to dive into the experience.
​
Your role will include:

Helping with ticketing and registration process/intake forms
-
Answering attendee questions onsite
-
Assist with check-in and wristband distribution
-
Assist with lost & found and attendee issues
​
This team is perfect for friendly, organized folks who can communicate clearly (and confidently say "no" when needed). Expect longer shifts on arrival days and to staff the info desk or help in the kitchen when needed.

Sponsorship, Fundraising & Scholarship
This team will be responsible for helping with the flow of financials that keeps the festival going and makes it available to all.

Your role will include:

Communicating with potential sponsors

Helping distribute sponsorship packages and presentations

Communicating with scholarship recipients
-
Work with the merchandise team to help raise funds

Kitchen
Crew
As a member of the Kitchen Crew, you'll play a vital role in nourishing our community, helping to prepare, serve, and clean up meals for festival participants and staff. Working alongside our Chef Captain Kale, you'll support with food prep, so knife skills are essential!
Your efforts help fuel the magic of Divine Rebellion!

Clean-Up &
Flow Crew
The grounds keepers of the festival. Your contribution will be to assure that facilities are kept clean and stocked.​

Your role will include:

Making sure there are enough paper products in the restrooms
-
Assuring that the restrooms are clean
-
Monitor and empty trash/recycling bins regularly
-
Collaborate with other teams to maintain a tidy, welcoming site
​
​The goal is to make sure that we leave Camp Timber Trails better than when we arrived!

Emotional Support & Facilitator Assistants
This team provides compassionate support to participants and assists with workshops throughout the festival. Experience in holding space, empathetic listening, and a background in Tantra or trauma-informed somatic practices are essential for this role.​​
​
Please note: This is a specially selected team, and all applicants will need to be prepared to be interviewed and require approval from organizers.

Welcome Portal Team
This team will help create a welcoming, helpful first impression for all arriving guests.

Your role will include:

Greeting and orienting guests as they enter the energetic field of the event

Assist in creating a sweet & powerful transition portal ritual/experience for attendees to step through
-
Float to assist merchandise team/table as needed

Parking & Green Team
Your role will include:
-
Direct vehicles and manage parking areas for efficient, safe arrivals and departures
-
Set up clear signage for parking and recycling/trash stations
-
Monitor and empty trash/recycling bins regularly
-
Educate attendees on proper waste sorting and eco-friendly practices
-
Collaborate with other teams to maintain a tidy, welcoming site

Merchandise Team
Offer meaningful merchandise that enhances the festival experience and supports abundance.​​

What you'll do:

Help manage festival merchandise

Set up and staff the merch booth

Track inventory and sales
